I don't think it's a dupe, #1490349 describes similar behavior after
stopping and starting bluetoothd. For me, anyway, bluetoothd starts as
normal, works for about 10 minutes, and then gives the above behavior.

Well the only thing to be sure about the issue would be to check if the
behaviour also occurs with for example strongswan or racoon as well - it
is possible that openswan may have problems when rekeying under heavy
traffic but without further testing this cannot be verified.

muito pesado então comecei a
acessar sempre pelo navegador (no GMaps vc clica em satélite e acessa
tudo, até o street view)
A partir daí só uso on line. Economiza espaço e memória no PC.
É só uma ideia...
