the problem that causes this error is, that the versions of nvidia-
current and nvidia-current-modaliases are not fitting to each other. My
synaptic shows nvidia-current with this version:
270.41.19-0ubuntu1~xup~natty. In Contrary to this, the package nvidia-
current-modaliases still
Then I just wanted to add, that I have the ppa-repository of
ubuntu-x-swat already installed on my LinuxMint 11 with Gnome 2.32.1
Kernel is 2.6.38.8-generic
Architecture is x86_64
my graphiccard is this one: 02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia
Corporation C79 [GeForce 9200M G] (rev b1)
the package nvidia-current
(proprietary nvidia-driver) depends on this package!! Please put it back
into the dist. I think, this will fix up many other issues I found here
with nvidia-packages.

The normal system-upgrade runs well. Bit if you start the upgrade after that,
