All along there has been no Kony. Kony has been the UPDF and
what if Kazini finds himself in three weeks' time?
When you guys want to make a point in the future, you have to be
consistent. At leaset Kony has been consitent in his agenda in
Meanwhile in Yoweri Museveni's Uganda, those accused in a U.N. report of
involvement in the looting of DRC natural resources, the likes of Kazini,
Salem Saleh, Kanarugaba are NOT only shielded from prosecution by the NRM
military dictatorship, some are even promoted to high ranking military
