Hello all, "Fred" is a very friendly stray. He was hanging around 4600 Hazel for a few weeks, with multiple neighbors feeding him. He was neutered a week and a half ago, 3 days after which he disappeared. A neighbor had planned to adopt him. If you see a cat that fits this description, please let
