Its up to LMS to remember the playback modenothing I can do about
that from the bluetooth side. Once the player connects, take a look a
the lms interface and see what is in the playback queue.
As for the logs, that all looks normal, you will notice in the second
log that you are pressing th

Okay reading through the docs I see that there are different directories

Will read through the docs again

Did not know about the VU-meters as extensions, but you can switch
between different custom clock screens with screen switcher. I use it to
see my Off-screen and a radar screen every 5 minutes for 30 seconds. You
may cycle between more screens too if you like.
Screen Switcher is no longer availab
Oh, okay, I am new to picoreplayer.
Okay so if applets were working (custom lock helper for example) it
would download fresh each reboot

You must remember that many of these plugins were written for the older
hardware Squeezebox players with a VDU display (Transporter, Classic,
Boom, etc.)
Their settings are usually found under LMS > Settings > Player > Basic
settings.
bengaldave,
Just wondering if you do backups.
pCP is memory based, so unless you specifically do a backup, things will
be lost during a reboot.

Unfortunately, my jivelite pCP is a little dead at the moment so I can't
test anything.
You probably should be using this directory instead
/opt/jivelite/share/jive/applets/SetupWallpaper/wallpaper/.
/tmp is definitely temporary.
Add
opt/jivelite/share/jive/applets/SetupWallpaper/wallpaper/pcp

I see a lot of "active plugins", "inactive plugins" and "3rd party
plugins" on my pCP LMS.
I can't see one called "screen switcher" but there is on

Back again, so I tried to do it remotely according to the documentation.
I remote login with the user tc, but the directory .jivelite and below
belong to root.
I am now at home and have checked and LMS has stopped again.
If I click on the next button, it looks like it starts to progress
playing the track but only for 4 seconds and then it
jumps straight to the end of the song, also there is no audio played
while it is doing this.
This happens, either

Thanks for the files and the tip.
Have to step away from the computer so will try again later.
Thanks!
Copy the applets to:
/home/tc/.jivelite/userpath/applets
CustomClock.zip seems to be too large to upload, you have to get it from
your Touch.

Okay, if I remote login to the touch, is it obvious where and which
files?
Thanks

Okay, so I remade the sd image from scratch and this time used the 32bit
8.2 image and everything seems to work, but NOT some applets.

Thanks for the quick response.
For screen switcher, I can see that it is referenced in these forums,
but I do not see it in the list of available plugins on the LMS server.
I do have use unsupported plugins chec
When using the Customize Device plug-in through

I thought that I would ask before I played around with it.
I noticed that there was no "Encore Red" option for

Hi mherger,
Thanks for your reply.
I can confirm the following:
LMS is running on the same pi which is playing the music.
Either straight of the SDCard which has piCorePlayer installed,
or via a connected USB External HDD.
All the music being played is in MP3 format, which are all at
all enco

Yup - weird alright. I chose 8.0.0 when 8.2.0 wouldn't play nicely
because that's what's running on my Pi Zero W that serves music over BT
to my Sony headphones. And that's been rock s
