through a UPnP app? My LG TV can. I can scroll through a menu to
select artist, album, genre. I'm not sure how it would out with the
picture-in-picture, though.
It's not recommended, but maybe lock the IP address on the piCore itself
using the piCoremenu instead of the router?

The process hasn't worked for me on the piCoreplayer. It will add the

using for LMS and other files.
I mounted the new drive on the picoreplayer and copied the directories
over one by one.
I turned off LMS while I was copying. Once I have finished copying, I
will change the settings to point to
I'm running PcP LMS 8.2 server and player on an Rpi 4B attached to
router through ethernet. I access the PCP page using a 2017 macbook pro

Apologies if this has been asked before. I noticed that the Diagnostics
page displays my Raspberry pi as a 3B, yet the command shows a Rpi 4
(which it actually is). Is there something amiss with my configuration

If it is any consolation, I use a 2016 Macbook Pro running MacOS
Monterey and the Rpi is using SAMBA version SMB3_11 and I don't have any
trouble connecting. Is the drive formatted as EXT3 or EXT4? If not,
you may not be able to do editing over the network.

Hmm, here's a new wrinkle. I created a new pcp 7.0 from scratch on a
Rpi 3b+. Install went fine, the player booted up with squeezelite
running. I changed the audio output to HDMI and upon reboot,
Squeezelite was not running. It would not restart. I haven't made any
modifications except for th
I decided to replace an older rPi 2B with a rPi 3B+, starting from
scratch.
I downloaded the 64 bit pcp 7.0 to a 32GB SD card on a Rpi 3B+ and
installed. Squeezelite was running. I modified the audio output to
HDMI and resized the file system to 200MB. Upon reboot, squeezelite is
not running.

Doing some research, I see that there is an 'overscan' option for the
display. I tried using the 'raspi-config' command to check, but I
suppose that command is not available on the distro used by

I am running the latest version piCoreplayer on a Raspberry pi 3 with
jivelite. It is connected to my network through ethernet via a wi-fi
AC750 bridge. If I play an album proper it will play straight through
without any issues. If I play a playlist with songs (99% ALAC) from
different director

I will often download photos from my digital camera on my _Windows_
laptop and then copy the files over my internal network to the external

It was formatted as NTFS. I installed the cifs utility and still had
