Checkout the screenrects function in the dictionary. You should be able to
use it to see if your window rect is within the working rect of any active
monitor. If it isn't then I'd set the topleft of the window to a default
value.

Yep, you need to point the GoDaddy servers to On-Rev.
You can keep it registered with GoDaddy, and renew the Domain every
year, but you don't need to host them there.
Parking usually just points to the 'internal' default page (GoDaddy's
or none, depending on the host).
