Hi everyone,
We have a deployment using 3.0.7 cloudstack and we are looking to move to
4.3 cloudplatform.
Since our existing DB is stock full of users and VM and nifty bits, we
don't want to blow it all away and start from scratch.
What I am looking for is if anyone out there did the upgrade and
Hi All,
Are there any recommended solutions for VM HA across multiple Zones when using
Cloudstack?
We are using ACS/CCP 4.3 at the moment.

Hello,
Cloudstak seems useful, but for some reason it does not support live
migration of instances that use local storage (under KVM). KVM itself
supports such migration as we currently use it on our production cloud
(manually controlled cloud using virsh and virt-manager).
What is the reason

I'm upgrading our lab today. Will let you know how it goes. The process doesn't
seem to be complicated so hopefully there will be no issues. I'm using KVM on

We upgraded our non-production cluster from 4.3 to 4.4 and it snapped in

instances would not create. We compiled the 4.4 tarball from the Cloudstack
site as well and while there are fewer UI bugs, instances still do not

I re-installed 4.1 and restored the DB then upgraded to 4.3 now the UI does

In Chrome I see the following errors in the console:

Hi Carlos,
Are you by any chance running 4.1 against 4.3 DB? It looks like a
mismatch of CloudStack version between the UI/management-server and the DB.
