Netstat is your friend: netstat -ltnp | grep 13016 According to this command there are two instances of bearerbox running on port 13015 and 13016. Is this behavior normal ??

Unable to send sms in Native Language.

I can send SMS in English perfectly but when I try to send SMS in my native language (Punajbi - Gurmukhi) then I see these ? symbols on the receiver's end. I am sending sms using database and not using the http interface. My kannel.conf and sqlbox.conf files are in attachment.
