*.p and *.inc
Could it be as easy as creating a PHP file you request "axel" ringtone
and PHP does a lookup and "attaches" the axel.ota somehow to the

You can use this to convert RTTTL and Sagem rones into PDUs. Simply open
the file and click Advanced > Clipboard Export > PDU SMS. After t

Assuming you are on nokia phone, does you phone says "Ringtone
received" and when you try to play then it vibrates? Does your nokia
active profile has vibrate mode on. Try disabling off and then send

No, that's for _composing_ a ringtone using a Java front end.
I suppose you have that part covered before trying to send a ringtone.
Tip: You can use RingToneTools for converting content to most formats
and then send it using kannel. Check on Google, it's a free download

Nokia doesn't support EMS, it use smart messaging method (CMIIW), so you
have to use different method, first define the udh then put the content(mono
ringtone, picture message, etc) on the sms body. So it will be looks like
