is the execution order of packaging and plugins defined?
I'm creating an ear file with the maven-ear-plugin
(ear). Now I need to "patch" the ear file with
the maven-antrun-plugin while still in the "packaging" phase.
Can I be sure that the maven-ear-plugin runs before the
maven-antrun-pl

if you have an 'internal repository' you can add your libraries by using
'mvn deploy:deploy-file'.
For adding the jar my-library.jar to the repository you could use the
following:
mvn org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:2.2:deploy-file

you could define a profile [1] in your pom.xml file.

And if that fails it will search the remote repository for the pom file.
