I'm running into an issue where my Maven build is failing to an error in
the maven-metadata. The error message I'm getting:
Reason: Error getting POM for 'org.codehaus.mojo:rpm-maven-plugin' from the

connection problems appear as time-out errors. Try running it with the
-X option next time you have errors.

I tried that when I was getting the error and the output didnt have anything
of diagnostic value.It still the same

Regarding hibernate, I don't know. Sometimes the reasons for these
issues just isn't detectable unles
You can detect these problems by running "mvn -o" for offline
execution. If your build works offline, but fails online, you know
there's just a problem connecting to your repos.
This is not necessarily indicative that a Maven build is flaky.
