It doesn't get any simpler than that; and save OOo for the big jobs that

When you have downloaded the program disconnect your computer
physically from the internet (ie disconnect your cable from the phone
line). Then disable your anti-virus. Install OpenOffice and when the

message NSIS error and that the installer is corrupted or incomplete due
to disk error, failed download or a virus. I have downloaded twice now,
