If you don't ask, you have to be ready for surprises... A guy was using two of my hoppers in his wingcutter description on eBay. But he didn't download the pictures on his computer for uploading himself. Instead he pointed straight to them in HTML code... so the pictures are still on my domain.

The problem with steel spools is that they don't have much friction and spin too easily in the bobbin. I have some and I use normal bobbins with the legs bent together to make them tight, then I wrap the thread around one leg to make create some friction, just a tad more loose than I want.

Plastic work fine and creates more friction than steel. If there's a sharp edge on the center hole of the spool, file a bevel on the edge to match the diameter of the bobbin ball, and that will give you many times more friction, expecially if you 'rough-file' it. I've also glued clutch
