Sounds like some kind of glitch. What I would do, is remove the app from my
phone, go back to the App Store and download it again. Once you download it it
will say you need to download a voice, do that, and it should work.

I also think something is wrong. I am bringing this up to figure out if it is a
known problem. Many people are recommending this headset to others, I also
would like to recommend the headset, but I have some considerations.

I was able to bring up the Giants feed myself. What did you try?
I pretty much follow the tips someone posted earlier, namely I double
tap on the menu button and then on the Teams button. Now I double tap on
the Game Center button and then the Listen Live button. This should
bring up the home
When adding a phone number first double tap the mobile button then
change that to home then go to the phone number text field then enter
the phone number then double tap done.

And I see Mobil phone number and A button that says home and a home edit
box for putting in A e-mail address.
But how do you add A phone number to the home phone number place if
there isn't one or do you have to create one?

I recommend the Bible pp, but for now you may want to use Bible Gateway. It has
audio, and it isn't hard to use the menus. The Bible app has some work to be
done.
