Oh I have complained with the carrier for ages but really stepped it up starting last Friday. yes I do have voice over on but I don’t do other things with it while on calls. It doesn’t always occur but when it does, I have to repeat myself 3 and 4 times. The odd thing is that I have 3 of 5 bars.

Hello I downloaded the Google app and looked for the settings that Jonathan demonstrated in his comparison piece. When the app opens there is the usual list of Google options including how to activate a voice search. I never saw a speak answers button or choose language or any other setting options
