Oh I have complained with the carrier for ages but really stepped it up
starting last Friday. yes I do have voice over on but I don’t do other things
with it while on calls. It doesn’t always occur but when it does, I have to
repeat myself 3 and 4 times. The odd thing is that I have 3 of 5 bars.

experimenting with its three modes, I was unable to toggle it off with
