You get more sounds, and super day reminders. You can also auto import
your reminders from your native reminder app into Alarmed.

Hello all
Thank you for your help.
I'm pleased to report the Alarmed app is just what I was after.
I was able to set a super reminder to occur on the first Wednesday of
every month.
I love this app to bits!
Don't get me wrong, the default calendar/reminder apps are good, but if
you want more
I have the alarmed app and am wondering if there is a way to create a
reminder that would occur every other day?

Hello all.
Sorry for the subject line but it will make sense below.
I have set up a calendar event on my iPhone 4. It is going to repeat
monthly, however it needs to be the first Wednesday of the month.
So have I set this up right? I should say the start date is Wednesday,
the 3rd of April.
If
Hi there. Unless I am missing something, it doesn't look like the options of
the calendar allow you to pick the first day of the month or a specific day
like that. It seems to only give you options for repeating things like weekly
monthly and yearly. If this is the case then it is really too
raul you can do that with the alarmed app. Yes I agree it is a big
oversight in most calendar and reminder apps.

Hello Don. This is definitely great news and in normal circumstances would help

I agree. I can think of numerous uses for a flexible calendar for
recurring events, like appointments as reminders when certain bills
are paid each month, like if it is on the 6th of the month. Or,
perhaps for monthly meetings that are on the second Saturday of the
month. In the past, I also used
Thanks for suggesting the Alarmed app. I've heard good things about it
so will check it out. Thanks once again.
