I suggest that everyone report this problem to Bank of America. They are
usually quite quick at correcting accessibility problems. But they need to know
the problem exists.

Well, even though it isn't showing the letters typed and is making that awful
bonk sound, the keyboard is working.
I just logged in and it worked.
Just ignore what you are hearing and enter your password, then you will find
that the log in button is active.
