Yes, this is part of what I am talking about. The blindness specific GPS apps
are primarily focused on US, Canada, and UK.
Apple Maps, Google Maps, and general market GPS apps cover many more countries.
With the blindness focussed apps, one pays significantly more for significantly
less.

Blindsquare is a fantastic app for basic navigation including finding POIs
and hearing intersections and address ranges as you approach them. In fact
in this respect it's much more informative than Sendero's
a given
location is on a route you plan to travel.

coming from. When I purchased Blind Square it was while it was on sale
for $9.99, and even then I thought it was too much
in our areas, we can get pretty close.

Hi Joe,
First of all, I doubt you will be able to get a refund. Apple has been
giving refunds for inaccessible apps, but you can definitely not argue that
Blindsquare is inaccessible since it was made for blind users.
I think Blindsquare is awesome when it comes to finding out what's

Hi Sieghard,
The BlindSquare app is very accessible. I don't want to give anyone the
impression that it is not, and as far as I know, Apple gives other reasons
for why you can request
otherwise,
but so far the alternatives are winning out.
