Pandora does not have radio station's... Rather stations that are made of songs
that are similar. If you want to listen to broadcast or Internet radio as
Internet streams you need an app like Tune In radio.

Below the shuffle button there is a shuffle option button. double tap
it and
you can select the stations you want... although voice over doesnot
announce whether the stations are selected, so this may be tricky
without vision.
