reception. What I was asking about was what is LTE? That used to show on my
phone when I lived in Illinois, but now I’m in California, and that doesn’t

You may be hearing 5G E. This is a change that AT&T has made for phones to
let them know that they are connecting to a bit of a faster network. It is
not 5G, it is still LTE, but it is LTE advanced with a new name.
