In all the discussion on copying from DVD to HD no one has mentioned Cinematize. Though not free it is feature packed and way better than Handbrake. It will not handle copy protected stuff, you have to pre- treat them with Mac the Ripper. I use Cinematize regularly for grabbing short cli

How about using Appleworks? In the word processor just do you normal (right way up) text for the questions. To create the upside down answers hold the Option key whilst dragging the mouse. This will create a text box. Enter the answers in the text box. Select the rotate tool and rotate 18
