MYOB Backup Query

Hi All I've got an interesting one that hopefully someone may have some ideas, or see what I'm missing. I have a client with MYOB version 8 (current version). When they open the program all works correctly. On closing it, it brings up the normal Your backup was x days ago, do you want to backup.

Many of our client are Pros who do this tethered shooting. They all use Capture One. Other manufacturers like Nikon and Canon have their own software for this kind of thing I believe. Perhaps call our office 9328-3377 and talk to one of the camera guys. I'm just the tech support geek :)

Hi Daniel, Instead of creating the .zip file, can you Copy the Data File and save it to an external HD or Flash Drive? Does if make any difference if you go to FILE menu in MYOB and select BACKUP. The Company File Backup dialogue box will appear. Have you tried selecting the option back up
