Hi Ronda,
I followed your suggestions - Sys prefs is version 7 and not set to 32-bits.
Parental controls were not toggled on. I rebooted from DVD disk to repaired
permissions and verify if the HD needed repairs - all okay. It looks like an
'Archive and reinstall' may be needed, but I'll sit

Actually this email is a hoax as only in the USA are consumers charged
for incoming calls as well as out-going and mobile phone numbers are
not about to be released to telemarketing companies. Note

Hello all
Don't know if there are any Flash experts out there but maybe someone

Did you try installing the Mac OS X v10.6.2 Update (Combo) over top of the

you recommend a good domain registrar (in Australia?) Questions arise as to how
to know if a registrar is reliable or not?. Also and/or point me in the

When I'm on Virgin or some other cheap airline the iPhone is my saviour.
Turning it off means I can't listen to my music, watch videos, read e-
books, play word games, organise my schedules, go through apps that I
downloaded for my intended destination, etc.

For what its worth, and I could be wrong, but I had this problem some time ago

Hi Adrian Peter David,
When a kernel panic occurs, a log of the event is usually saved in the file
“panic.log” in the Mac HD Library Logs folder.
Double click the panic log and a new console window will open.
New panic logs are added to the end of panic.log.

Hi Rod
Thanks for your email. I'm still having problems and am just about ready to
consign the whole project to the too hard basket. I've used the iDVD Help

recent advice to Susan was similar to what you've suggested

Sorry, I have no experience/help to offer in this area.
However, I do have a couple of suggestions to make regarding how you are

on just WHAT problems you are

You are correct Mark,
It will only support the original Airport Card (802.11b).

Hi Neil
Thanks. I take your point.
I thought I was doing exactly what you suggest. Rod was already aware of the
problems I was having which is the reason he responded to my initial post on
this issue. I did go through his email step by step with comments about what I

Thanks to all, the iStat widget looks very useful. There was a 'kernel
