Hi Carlo,
( I posted this to the list a while ago in response to another question regard
hosting... It all pretty much still applies. )
I've been thinking about your request for a few days now try to work out how to
best respond. I could easily give you a URL or two of various hosting companie
er significant enough to result in the domain not being set up
correctly. Our current favoured registrar is Webcity - they are cheaper than
most, they use Enetica (a long-established company) to do the actual
registration, and their domain management interface is OK. Netregistry is a

Hello all,
I notice that the previous time this was asked was in 2005 so I just wanted to
ask the group again for its received wisdom about domain name registration and
web hosting.
I am looking register a domain name and have the associated web site hosted.
The site will be interactive and

So basically my question is - is this registration issue a "feature"
of the shuffle or of ACC files?
Mine does the same - I just assumed that's how it worked... I just
have one iTunes music collection on one machine, but I use my
Shuffle to transfer files around to other Macs, and
r and that I had the option reregistering it with the my home
computer which would erase all music files or not registering it
(cancel option) I selected cancel and though the shuffle mounted on
the desktop iTunes would not recognise it.
So basically my question is - is this registration is
r macs. The only difference is
that I set the option to re encode my rather high quality MP3's
(320Kbs VBR) as 128 Kbs ACC files when they are copied to the shuffle.
So basically my question is - is this registration issue a "feature"
of the shuffle or of ACC files?

Can VNC be set up to be already running at that point?
If so you could make the screenie from a VNC client.
