nstalled the Windows software itself then set it up. Windows went through like normal and then created the drives, and away it went. Printing fine. But yes, perhaps it's one of those "hit and miss" ones, where it depends on the version, the printer itself, and the setup/drivers. :o)

Someone told me the other day that OS X includes a universal driver for many printers and other devices. Would this work with my Canon BJC 3000 printer? I'd be quite interested in the answer as the lack of a OS X driver for my printer is the only thing stopping me from upgrading to OS X. Peter McG

HP drivers for Mac OS X

Hi Just been scouring the driver section of the HP site and found a list of release dates for Mac OS X drivers. Finally my printer will get a new driver on "spring '02" hopefully that means by March :-) Looks like that's when I'll be upgrading then - finally! Now

Hi all On the Canon web site they say that an OSX driver for the BJC 3000 is under review. I contacted Canon Australia about a OSX driver for the BJC 3000 they said unless they were contacted directly by lots of users requesting the driver it is not going to happen. If you need this driver
