In general, when emitting a value, WeeWX defers to the hardware. After all, that's why you own it. Occasionally, the hardware is wrong, and that seems to be the case for you. One option is to set up [StdQC] to filter out the "bonker" values. Or, let the software calculate the values. Or, replace

I am also using MQTT realtime data - my Belchertown skin continues to show 24%. The my Standard skin also shows 24% for me. As I'm in the US, I am using US for the units. As I mentioned earlier I ran pip install pyephem, then stopped and started weewx. Also, I'm running weewx on a Raspberry Pi
