Silly me - having never turned that option off, I thought "floating
labels" referred to the terrain labels, which "float" in a layer
above the terrain.
Knowing that now, it seems even more absurd to have an option for this.

Well, personally, I always play with the floating labels off. (Why?
They're annoying as hell, and don't tell me anything I can't find out
myself if I really want to - they're just distractions.) So I'd prefer
for the option to remain.

That still is something that is only available to the scenario
designer, not to other players in multiplayer.

I am correcting a bug that is preventing missile frames from being
displayed properly
the best way to correct that would mean changing missile frames into
halo (no WML change, it's only the way it's handled in code)
however, this would mean that missile frame would not be displaye
