.. Correction / Point:- The ISP Model is built on OverSubcription.. the Telco's 'generate' internet traffic or in otherwords 'peer' so their capacity cost is dictated by equipment and infrastructure maintenance cost. The price for anything is arbitrary based on their desired profit level.
