It does what it does. It costs what it costs. Free versions are available
that are probably adequate for a wide customer base. Phil says eventually
he will open source - realize this will cost money and make no profit.
What features are lacking? What changes are urgently required?

I would hate to see the community die. A while ago, a few of us
started to build a community that was not list based, but in a
searchable forum with a wiki and such. It never went anywhere, because
we couldn't agree on if it was a negative thing to witango the
company. That seems all moot n
And did they resolve the documentation issues start providing good
support? No. That is the issue, and that is why I left to PHP. They
made it clear to me that developers like me were not important to them
