Probably not and easily worked around. Instead of double clicking on the station, do a Ctrl-Double Click...that will put rx and tx on same freq. Just learn the "new" way to do the old thing and you will be fine. Lock Rx /Tx was removed for good reasons...but I don't want to get into a discussion o
