Buy an old Pentium 100 with 32 MB RAM and a 2 GB hard drive at a computer
show for about $25.

Put a couple of NICs in it.

Download the ISO copy of Smoothwall from www.smoothwall.org and burn it to
CD.

Install on the old Pentium 100

Surf fast and safely.
