If you want Free: Zonealarm
If you have $50: Norton 2002 Professional

Here is my Long Answer:

I had used ZoneAlarm, then ZoneAlarm Pro and eventually moved up to
Norton Personal Firewall and System Works 2002 Professional. I like the
Norton suite much better that ZoneAlarm Pro, however ZoneAlarm is hard
to beat for being FREE. I use this in conjunction with a Netgear router
with some firewall functions, although I wouldn't call it a full blown
physical firewall. What do I like about Norton as opposed to ZA? Norton
has excellent support and is significantly more protective in my and
several industry pro's opinion. I also like the setup on Norton better,
and it works with Networks better than ZA. Norton is easier to setup and
configure as well.

Of course, this is just my opinion.
