JavaMail is a client side technology. It acts as a MUA. So, it needs to
canonicalise the mail it reads.
JAMES is a server. MUAs should canonicalise mail.
I think we need to focus on a good parser appropriate for server use and
separate canonicalisation concerns from parsing ones.
I'm in favour of accepting that Mime4J will not support parsing email headers
with CR line endings if the cost of support is too high.
