Hi.

Actually Chris' answer is true at almost any rate for downloading. In
addition, there is a lot of hip bone to the thigh bone stuff which can
result in an unexpectedly large number of classes being loaded and it just
does a LOT which may not always be necessary.

To give this some meaning to the servlet list, one lesson is to consider
how we are implementing reuse. Reuse is a great thing, but if we end up
using instances of 150 classes for 150 reusable methods, we may be able to
do things better. Extreme I know, but something to think about. I believe
that the greatest value a knowledgable and experienced consultant or
developer can bring to the table is the ability to pick WHICH efficiencies
are best for the situation.

To reduce irritation for the list, I suggest for further discussion to
post to

although, of course, one will be talking to the choir.
