Deploying .war applications in Resin is very easy. The simplest way is to
just drop the .war file in your resin/doc directory and add a line to your
resin.conf specifying the .war file itself as the app-dir for your web-app
entry. For example:

    <web-app id='myapp' app-dir='myapp.war'/>

The rest of your app's configuration is then assumed to be in the web.xml
file inside the .war file.

For a fancier way of doing it, with some bonus features, look for a thread
on "Using WAR files with Resin" in the Resin mailing list archives
(http://www.caucho.com/support/resin-interest/).
