Anoop,
What server are you using.  Typically you just put the war file in the web
application directory of your server (its <tomcat_install>/webapps for
tomcat) and then restart your server.  The server will deploy the war file
by opening it and creating the directory tree.

You do not execute a .war file.  Once the server deploys the war file, then
that web application should be available on the server.
