Quick look at http://cr.grommit.com/~dermot/webrev-bison-03/usr/src/cmd/bison/Makefile.sfw.udiff.html - it may be nice to force the usage of XPG6/C99 to make sure that the GNU code finds all the newer APIs (e.g. use $ /opt/SUNWspro/bin/cc -xc99=%all -D_XOPEN_SOURCE=600 -D__EXTENSIONS__=1 <more options> #). We did the same for the ksh93-integration since the build started to enable all the horror-workarounds for ancient OSes (which did harm performace a lot, too) just because it thought the OS doesn't support any newer standards. ---- Bye, Roland -- __ . . __ (o.\ \/ /.o) roland.mainz at nrubsig.org \__\/\/__/ MPEG specialist, C&&JAVA&&Sun&&Unix programmer /O /==\ O\ TEL +49 641 7950090 (;O/ \/ \O;)
