% emacs-gtk --geometry 10x10
The result is an emacs that is 10 lines by 10 columns. Unless I'm
misunderstanding
you, it appears that this issue has already been addressed. I was unable to
locate
any patches though, so I'm not sure when or how that happened.
Unless I hear back from you, I'm going to assume that this issue is under
control.
