OK, here's my two cents on this:

There are options here:

1.  Single floppy system with current version for those who want it.

2.  Multiple floppies / write to one super floppy for those who have 
that.

3.  Creat a boot floppy - and build a directory structure on the users 
H/D.  With this, (asusming they can burn CD's - not a big issue nowdays 
- they can burn the directory structure to a CD and use the boot floppy 
to get there - or even create a bootable CD if they want.  This could be 
used either (a) stand alone or (b) like the way many linux dist's do 
their installs.
