Hello Robert,

Its amazing how the thread about epoxy became a KZG bashing party. For one
I'm disappointed. Don't ANYONE misunderstand or read more into my reply than
intended.

I applaud you Robert for standing up and accepting the criticism thrown your
way. When I was still active in the clubbuilding business I was a KZG dealer. I
was a small operator and when KZG started the sales quoates I was left behind.
I didn't like that decision, but it was theirs to make. BTW, KZG was not the
only company to do this, ZT comes to mind.

Lets just move on, ancient history.

To keep the thread title appropriate, I've used the 24 hr Brampton with
success.

  All the best to everyone.

I appreciate all of your honest assesments about the KZG. I have only
been here since Jan. of this year. I do believe that the entire sales crew has
been changed in the last year or so. I come from a business into the golf world
of high end custom paint for motor cycles and cars. I do some very good
airbrush work as well as being a builder. I also would get pissed if I were
treated like that by a company. I recently ordered a new grip station from
Golf Mechanix and it came from China or something like that and well the
product cost $139 and then I got a shipping invoice of $79. Well needless to
say I lit into the sales rep over there and he apologized and gave me a credit
for the shipping cost.

We do realize here that in the past customer sevice was to say the least a
weak point. We are honestly trying to correct that. They have like I said
gotten rid of most of the old sales reps.

If any of you guy would like to give us another chance let me know and I will
see about getting you taken care of the way I would want to be taken care of as
a customer. I have a long backround in sales even though my job here is to put
out a perfect product.

Hey if not, I understand. I hope we can all still share info and just keep
on building!

Sincerely,
Robert Devino
