It's not just UT, if you're not talking to another CW customer in Austin,
you're going through Dallas or one of the other CW POPs.

I'm also getting a pretty consistent 4% ping packet loss.

my plan: verify all data as well as I'm able and complain to RR.

Some rumors:  CW got the bid, but TW/RR aren't happy with them already.
may be talking with ICX (?) about access.
