Actually, it seems Sprint is the problem. Consistent 1500-2000ms latency
and packet loss at times through sl-bb11-fw-1-2.sprintlink.net.
Majority of stuff coming out of UT goes through this Sprint hop... anyone
care to comment on why that AT&T DS-3 doesn't have more "priority"?
