Call their technical support 532 2300 IIRC.
They're responsible for at least a minimal level of service, and they've
had all kinds of problem lately. Yet, they _still_ need to know that you
notice it. They had a problem with my brother's lines that took them like
4 days to resolve -- he also got reimbursed for the downtime (a minimum
concession if you ask me).
