hi jason,
i'm currently an unsatisified RR customer.  i've also been considering ADSL
as an alternative.  what i recommend though is to wait until at least RR
goes public, RR users are still early birders i think; once RR goes public
SWBell and people affiliated with ADSL will really be forced to lower their
rates to compete, perhaps even raise quality.  i'm sort of sitting back and
waiting on the economics of it to give me an answer.
