Totally agree geoff. I pointed to it more for his thinking than his outcome. Given Jeol's background, who know there may be a little of bit of kibbutz in there as well :-) who knows. Just that there is so much talk about shares etc, alternatives (their pros and their cons) are not often discussed. I am no expert on this, but Its great getting feedback from the likes of yourself. So thats Geoff.
Its also interesting that traditionally he has been dealing with pure tech guys, and has only recently started engaging with sales guys which are a different animal all together.
