Many thanks David,

I thought there would be an elephant in the room. Looks like
OSCommerce should be able to hand the complex ideas she has in mind,
like a referral programme etc.

Some reassuring feedback I've got (thanks Mike) is that her existing
site/ecommerce solution at http://realchai.com.au/ seems pretty much
fine — that the biggest bang-for-buck would be for
a) improving/getting an online presence in Twitter, facebook, Youtube etc
b) Adwords (she currently buys none!)

Finally,

She actually does own realchai.com, in addition to realchai.com.au. In
my software field, I would naturally focus on the .com, and redirect
the .com.au
BUT she's doing the opposite. Any comments on that? Should having a
tangible, local, product affect that decision?

Keith
