Thank you Justin, She's not using any '2.0' accounting system that I know of. A Joomla/Magento/Virtuemart/Saasu system sounds pretty much perfect.
I, and I think others, would love to hear more about your move to saasu. Of interest to other list-members — the "chair girl" actually has a marketing degree and was using Google Analytics, but didn't really understand the impact of organic site linking to her PageRank. The result of that is a desire to make a 'flashy' site, rather than getting more organic links from external well-ranked sites.
