The initial list is just an initial list, so plenty of room to grow.

Though it is disappointing in our brief looking that we didn't
automatically add any females to the list. It definitely wasn't
intentional. Tech is a little more dominated by males and
entrepreneurship is a little more dominated by males.

Agree re: Jennifer Zanich.

Plenty of good female founders coming through the ranks with Nikki
Durkin and others.
