Hi, I've just received a quote for a developer to build an iphone App . Part of the quote t&c's deals with attribution. Specifically "Attribution: Developer’s name or logo to appear equal in size, stature & frequency to [company]"
Over time, I am likely to have any number of developers doing work under our brand and am not wishing to dilute or confuse the customer in any way through mixed branding. Is this a common request? By pushing back, is this a deal breaker for developers? Or are there other means of acknowledging developer work besides the one proposed above? Any comments or advice welcome.
